Portable buildings
An insulated 18-foot folding container office. It travels flat, a crane lifts it onto the pads, the walls and roof swing up, and a few local hands bolt it true. For farms, construction sites and anywhere the work will move on before a building would.

This is the standard module. Window count and placement, door side, partitions, toilet attachment, electricals and insulation grade are all changed to order — tell us the requirement and we will quote the variant.
Four level PCC blocks or a compacted, level base. That is the whole of the site work — nothing is cast in place and no foundation is dug.
The module travels folded flat. A hydra or telescopic crane picks it at the four corner castings and sets it straight onto the pads. You need truck approach and clear swing room for the boom.
The roof lifts and the long walls swing up. Two or three local hands pin, level and bolt, then the power lead goes in. Roughly 25 minutes from hook-off to an office you can sit in.
Read the 25 minutes honestly That clock starts with the pads already down and the module already off the hook. Add curing time if you are laying fresh PCC, and confirm truck access and boom swing before you order. Note the width too: at 8′ 6″ this module is wider than a standard 20-foot shipping container, which is 8′ 0″. That puts it at the edge of the legal road width for a loaded vehicle, so agree the route with your transporter first.
